WHO WE ARE:

Libra is a team of Information and knowledge professionals including website designers, online researchers and library specialists. We build comprehensive research knowledge infrastructures and/or find answers to your special knowledge needs. All for affordable rates within the budgets of small to medium-sized enterprises. Our broad and diverse interdisciplinary staff have qualifications from globally renowned universities and extensive local experience on several continents. We have worked with researchers and NGO's as well as public and private sector institutions.

Libra's male and female workers have come to us from Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia as well as from Canada and Europe. We speak several languages, represent a number of cultures and have a broad range of skills from information studies, anthropology and literature to history and librarianship. From these personal backgrounds and our co-operative organizational framework we bring a culture of flexibility and improvisational creativity to meet client needs.
